How It Works

Our online doctor consultation service gives you the opportunity to have a fully qualified doctor assess your symptoms through video conferencing. Convenience and accessibility are at the heart of what we do. You can schedule an appointment, at a time that suits you, through our easy to use online portal. ClickGP’s licensed doctors are well qualified to advise you on a wide range of conditions and can issue private prescriptions and medical certificated if necessary.

1

Register

Registering with ClickGP is simple. We aim to make the process as easy as possible, from the moment you create your account to receiving your medication. To Join ClickGP, simply fill in your details and choose a payment plan that works for you. Whether you need a one-off consultation or would prefer ongoing support, our flexible service makes accessing an online GP straightforward.

2

Book A Consultation

Booking a consultation couldn’t be easier. We’re available 7 days a week, meaning you can access high quality advice from your home, office or on-the-go. You just need to answer a few simple questions before booking the consultation to ensure that we provide you a safe and effective service.

3

Live Consultation

Our online doctor consultations are conducted through video. That means you can see a fully registered doctor wherever you are located. All you need is your webcam or phone camera.

We find that video consultation allows for our doctors to assess your symptoms or requirements as fully as possible. They’ll be able to see your visible symptoms and talk to you ‘face-to-face.’

4

Get Your Diagnosis

Once your doctor has assessed you, they will provide you with the appropriate diagnosis and explain what that means.

Remember that video consultation doesn’t allow for a full physical examination. If your online doctor thinks your symptoms need more investigation, they may refer you to your traditional GP for further assessment.

5

Receive Your Prescription

Our fully qualified doctors can provide you with valid private prescription should your symptoms require it. Your prescription will be faxed directly to a pharmacy near you by the ClickGP team, where it will be available for pick-up within minutes.

Please note that the ClickGP is a private independent service and we provide private prescriptions. That means you would be paying the actual cost of the drug rather than the fixed NHS prescription cost. In most cases the private medication cost is less than the NHS prescription cost.

All prescribed medications would be stored in your medical record, which you can access any time, however we do not provide the actual script directly to the patient. That is posted directly to the chemist after the initial fax.
